In the AM did the following:
Heavy squats of different movements,
10-1 bench press @ 135#,
Muscle ups to keep par w/ MU challenge,
Snatch & Snatch Balance,
Power Cleans:
Back Squat: 225# PR!!!

Then in the PM did:
W/ Dave,Burk,Keller,'whats his face' & Newman from St. 18 C-Shift we did the following:
6 rnds for time of
Run 400 meters then complete one of the following movements -
Deadlift 185# 25 reps
Push Press 50# 25 reps
Dubs 50 reps
Box Jumps 25 reps
Iron Mikes w/ 20# med ball in hand 25 reps
Unloaded push-ups 25 reps
Each movement must be complete prior to starting next round. No movement can be repeated.

'whats his face' thinks he beat me but I'm sure he skipped something. Doesn't matter, I pushed pretty hard & the only tough part was the Push presses. Fun stuff.
