W/ Dave & Flash we did the following:

Shoulder Press in reps of 2 increasing weight till failure, then...
Push Press in reps of 4 the weight failed increasing weight till failure, then...
Push Jerk in reps of 6 the weight failed increasing weight.

Excellent warm-up w/ the SP's & PP's. I'm sure I could have gone a'lot heavier on the PJ. Even more so if it was a single rep.
Then did met-con:
AMRAP 15 mins of:
5 rack2OH w/ 95# bar
15 air squats
20 f2g situps
Me: 12 rnd w/ 3 rack2oh
If you were lapped your next round was on the 105# bar that Dave in error loaded.
