W/ Leah, Dave & Shae we did the following:
W/ a 12 min cap
5 rft of
5 rings dips
20 single arm kb swings (10 each arm)
run 200 meter carrying 45# plate (carry plate on chest)
Me: Finished @ 11:47
I had to muscle up to get to the rings. Only Shae, Big John & I finished, they didn't have to MU to rings though :-). Felt very strong & was supper glad I finished. Run was the only tough part.
