After a pretty busy day did the following before dinner:
10 reps on the min for 10 mins of
115# push press
First 3 rnds were w/ 115# but during the 4th I had to go down to 95#. Rnds 7 & 8 were broken w/ 9 & 10 were more like push jerks. Very tough after a very tough week. Fun in Delray over the weekend & back @ it on Monday.
