W/ Leah, Dave & Shae we did the following:
Run 200 meter
30 burpees (jumping up to 45# plate)
40 GTOH (40# db)
30 T2Rings
20 OH lunges (45# plate)
Run 200 meter
Me: 9:45
GTOH was the only tough part. Feeling very good & very fast now a days. Hitting it pretty hard. Only heavy met-cons on hurting me.
