Once again teaching class @ The ZOO. After the 9:30 I did the following programed WOD:
12 min AMRAP of
7 HPC
7 Front Squats
7 Push Press
Put the bar down & you lose the reps from that round.
7 rnd - 7 pushpress
Last time I did this WOD I have gotten 7 rnds even. This one is very tough. In fact I would have rather done Fran. I put the bar down twice & would have prob gottn 8 if I stuck w/ it. It got heavy & hurt quite a bit. The evening class did awesome w/ this WOD & it was that hardest I have ever seen most of them work. It was a blast to teach the class.
