Both Dave & I programed this WOD for The ZOO:
5 rft
20 in place weighted lunges (10 each leg)
20 situps
100 su or 25 dubs
15 min time cap
5 rnds -24 dubs
I scaled up w/ GHD situps & 70# sand bag for lunges. I did dubs the whole time. Was a tough one. I would have finished it if I was doing standard situps. I had missed a few times on the dubs which ate into my time.
