After 3 days of rest & eating everything that is bad for you Leah,Dave,Shae & I did the following:
FGB-ish part Due
Toes to Bar
Squats
KB Swings 2pood
Unloaded Push Ups
G2OH 40# db
Me: 293
10 more reps than my FGB that we did the other day. I'm sure it was due to the squat reps moving so fast. Also, my T2B were moving pretty good. Leah had her Lvl 1 cert this weekend. I'm pretty fired up & ready for the 2012 year to start. Attacking weakness w/ Leah as my coach!! Stay Tuned!!
