@ The ZOO
W/ Leah, Dave & Shae we did the following:
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Then - AMRepsP in 5 mins of KB Swing
235# 1rm
133 swings w/ 1.5 pood kb
Didn't match my PR back squat however I felt very good under the heavy weight. Swings went very well.
