W/ Dave & I did the following:
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Then Row 500 for time 275#,295#315#,325#,365#(f),365#(Current PR),375#(fx2),370#(f)
500 meter: 1:32.4
Row was the toughest part. Dave beat me in both. UGH!!
