@ Station

W/ Dave & Burk we did the following:

6 rft of
30 situps
100 single unders or 25 dubs
Run 400 meter

Me: 22:59

Did the WOD in gear (bunker coat & pants only) as did Dave. Dubs were tough in bunker pants & I don't perform them well w/ the MD rope. Lapped both Dave & Burk. Forearms & grips are fried from the clean/squat/pp & DeadLift WOD the next day.
