10 lunges per leg w/ db
Rest
1000 meter row
Me: 6 rnds +3 pp w/ 40# db Row: 3:45.5
Leah: 6 rnds w/ 20# db Row: 4:26
This WOD was very well programed & would be worth a revisit. I believe it only whooped me because I was smashed from yesterdays WOD. Row felt good & I maintained a good pace.
