@ Station w/ Dave did the following:
'Cindy Style' 20 rft of
5 db snatches @ 50# db
5 HSPU (Dave did 10 knee pushups)
15 squats
Me: 27:55
Dave: 23:40
Continued HSPU @ 5 till I hit failure, than would continue @ 4 till failure...etc. HSPU felt pretty strong.
