W/ Burk & Keller we did the following:
5 rft of
run 400 meter
max reps of T2B
max reps bench press, 135#
T2B: 18-15-12-11-8
Bench: 7-5-3-5-5
Bench felt better than I had imagined. Need to spend some more time under the bar. After WOD did 5x5 C&J w/ 135#.
