W/ Leah did the following:
Bench Press
5-5-5-5-5
Worked up to 155 x 5
Then did:
10 min amrap
10 ring rows
10 pushups
15 situps
Me: 9 -5 situps
Ring rows destroy me. Bench felt pretty good. Worked on some efficency of movement under the bench. Hope to see improvements. New Inov-8's & Oly shoes came. Pics soon.
