W/ Leah we did the following:
20 min AMRAP of:
10 HPC w/ med ball
20 ball slams
50 su (1 dub = 4 su)
Me: 14 rnds (I did 15 dubs each rnd)
I felt great during this WOD. Never really out of breath & was able to move w/ an excellent pace. It was 13 days straight of WOD's. Leah having a hard time w/ dubs.
