Leah & I did the following:
Deadlift

followed by
row 500 meters as hard as possible
Then I did
Back Squat 1&3,1&3,1&3,1&3
Dead: 245,265,295,325,345,355(f),350
Row: 1:34
BS: 135,155,175,205
Dave out rowed me w/ 1:30 he also did one arm deads...tha' bum
