@ the 5:30 class we did the following:
Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3
Then
"Grace"
C&J w/ 135#, 30 reps
Grace: 7:24
W/ the C&J I was doing more of an instruction w/ some of the other athletes & didn't go hard or even pay attention to what the weight was. During Grace I couldn't keep up w/ the 135# so when another athlete finished his WOD I did the remaining 15 reps w/ his 95#'s. I'm not sure why 135# seems so hard? Finished par w/ dubs & mu's.
