Only missed a few times during dubs & some sets were broken. Situps were not a problem & was w/o Abmat. Good one todo by myself. Squat Cleans felt ok. Almost had 185# just wasn't fast enough getting down. W/ some work on technique I'm sure 205# would be doable.
