W/ Burk did the following:
AMRAP in 10 mins of
10 thrusters
10 burpees
Me: 6 rnds +10 thrusters & 3 burpees
Burk: 5 rnds some
Muscle up challenge stops today. I've developed some grip problems. More to follow.
