First part of the day did yesterday's MU's & Dub's 8 & 80.
Then later in the day w/ Lt. Burkhart did:

Farmers carry DB's around station
40#,45#, & 50# db. Carry a different set each round.
If you dropped the db's - a 10 squat penalty was due @ the point of the 'drop'
10 pushups (chest to floor) using the DB's @ the end of each round to finish out the round.
Me: 12:13 w/ 2 drops w/ the 40's & 3 w/ both the 45 & 50's
Burk: 22:33
I went from lightest to heaviest & Burk went the other direction. I finished up the WOD w/ today's MU's (9) & Dub's (90). Grip is fried...had trouble making dinner.
