@ Station

On the 29th @ station worked on 'goats'

Mobility stretching, HSPU, Turkish getups, Ring Dips.

4 rounds @ moderate pace
3 hspu
lunge walk to rings
ring dip # of steps it took to get to rings
2 turkish getups, 1 each arm

Nice easy active rest day. Not feeling well & wanted to move a bit.
