While working a swap did the following:
'Tabata Mash'
Pull ups
Push ups
K2E
Squats
Pull - 13,12,10,7,7,6,6,5
Push - 15,15,10,10,10,10,10,9
K2E - 10,10,4,6,4,2,3,4
Squat - 17,17,17,16,16,13,13,16
Finished up w/ 10 picnic table jumps & 10 big tire jumps & one running hose drag. K2E's were weak as well as push-ups.
