@ work

Yesterday in the hottest part of the day did the following:

Filthy Fifty
50 box jumps (jumpe up to tire)
50 jumping pullups
50 kb swings w/ 1 pood kb
50 walking lunges
50 k2e
50 push press (used 1 pood kb aka-36.11#s)
50 supermans
50 wall ball shots (did thrusters w/ 1 pood kb)
50 burpees
50 dubs

This one beat me up pretty good. My stupid cell phone stopwatch was keeping time but I hit the wrong button to stop the time, so no time. Not my fault...the "red" buttong shouldn't be so big. It was super hot out & sweat a ton. Feeling pretty good following 1st fasting day.
