W/ Justin @ The Y did the following:

Warmup:
1000 meter row
10 burpees
10 strict pull ups
10 squats
25 lunges

Swam 1000 yards while working on freestyle & breast stroke.

Cooldown:
100 yard swim @ slow pace
500 meter row
