Did the following in the hottest part of the day:
Run 400 meters
20 burpees
30 pullups
40 front squats w/ 115#
30 box jumps (jumped up to tire)
20 wall ball shots w/ 20# ball (sub'd w/ knees to elbows)
Lunge Walk 200 meters
Was interupted by a call on squats @ 35th rep. Came back & finishe up WOD. Time was short of 30mins of work so I continued to work w/:
30 pullups
20 burpees
400 meter run
50 situps
Then flipped the tire 20 times
Skill/Strength following included:
HSPU
FS w/ 135#
Squat Cleans w/ 135#
OHS w/ 95#
HPC w/ 95#
Did day two of 100 day Dub Challenge & 30 day burpee challange. Felt very strong in squats & cleans.
Working hard on that clean baby!!!
