Both Leah & I @ home did the following:

Then:
9-15-21
Ring Dips (Bench Dips)
HSPU (pike pushups)
Push-ups (knee pushups)
Leah: 4:10 scaled
Blaine: 25:56
For Leah even pushups became hard. My HSPU were strict starting w/ bare floor & then after fist set onto 2 45# plates then on 3rd set onto 15# med ball. I was pushing into HSPU & falling down onto my head on the med ball & then pushing back up. Every rep counted. Ring dips were w/ the rings hanging off the squat rack very hard.
Did day 4 dubs & 4 burpees.
