45# half moons, 60 reps
45# lunge walk, 72
parking lot lap 20# ball throw/sprint
Short period of decreased loc after half moons. Had to take a knee for a second. Half moons were the toughest. HSPU were solid work throughout along w/ t2b. Kb swings were Russian swings.
