FSFC & CF-P Monday & Tuesday

Today @ CF-P did the following:

Barbara
5 rnds of
20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps (w/ abmat & bottoms of feet touching)
50 squats
3 mins rest between rnds

I was working hard on this one. Those abmat situps were the toughest. I need an Abmat today!!

Yesterday/Monday @ FSFC during the first part of lunch did the following:

5 rft of
run ups stairs of smoke tower
10 burpees @ top
run down stairs
15 pullups

Didn't keep time but didn't stop working. Followed up w/ picnic table box jumps x 10 & one hose pull.
