I did the following:
AMRAP in 7 mins of
10 HSC w/ 95#
20 feet anchored/hands behind head situps

4.5 rnds

Tough 7 mins

Leah did:
5 rnds w/ increasing weight each rnd of:
5 dumbell dl
5 dumbell hsc
5 pp
5 fs
She cound not put down the weights during round.

I think she could have gotten the 40#'s howerver she was c/o left hip flexor pain.
