100 burpee pull-ups for time w/ bar 1ft above reach.
Didn't time it but went pretty solid 10 burpee's @ a time.
Followed by short high rep bi-cep curl workout then,
7-1-1-7 pull-up pyramid w/ Whitler. Almost all pull-ups were strict.
