@ Station

Yesterday I tried to hit this WOD but the family had different ideas & I had also worked @ St.17 the day before & we didn't sleep at all.

Did it today however - The WOD was:
Cindy
AMRAP in 20 mins
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

20 rnds
w/ 5 pulls & 10 pushups
