Started of w/push press in reps of 3 to failure. Got 155#. Was doing more push-jerk instead. Got 2 @ 165#.
Finished up w/ FGB 2 rnds w/ the following movements: pushups, kb swings 1.5 pood, squats, SDHP w/ 45# bar, ball slams. 1 rnd broke over atleast 30 reps for every movement.
It was good to see Dave & wod w/ his instruction. I miss da' guy.
