.com WOD - Sub'd by CFD


@ Crossfit Dahlonega w/ one of their trainers did the following:
3 rnds
21 wallballs (Dynamax 20# ball)
21 burpees (YEAH BURPEE'S)
400 meter run (up hill on way down the other)

Instead of:
Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
21 Burpees
Run 400 meters

12:48
Raz: 12:06

If I had pushed harder in the run I would have gotten him as I smashed the wallballs & he was a bit faster in the burpees. Tomorrow I go in for rnd 2 @ 0730.

Nice place - great people - CF is w/o a doubt a CULT.
