.com WOD - C&J

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Normally I do this w/ 115# due to my lack of cleans w/ 135#. I felt great!! Whitler did pyramid lifts 1 thru 10.

Continued on till I did 30 total lifts. Then when I couldn't C&J anymore I cleaned till failure then DL'd 25 reps. Getting alot stronger due to focusing on heavy days.
