@ Station. I can feel the 6 day's in a row of WODding as evident by today's performance.

BP @ 145# first 2 sets w/ 135# the remaining sets: 4,3,5,4,3=19
PU w/ a couple of butterfly kip attempts: 25,11,15,12,11=74
