.com WOD - 95#'s


AMRAP in 20 mins:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Thrusters felt good. In sets of 5 they don't beat you up to bad. HPC are my new fav...I got them down baby. SDHP...still suck!!

Carrie (the neighboor I've been training) did it w/ 14# body bar - 13 rnds. She is doing awesome!!

1. Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps
2. AMRAP in 20 mins:
Run 400 meters
