30 Muscle-ups for time
Felt pretty strong however it took a bit to get the movement down. I need a higher place to hang the rings from. Also getting a full kip on the rings needs work but I’m close.
I’m ready to show Dave some new ideas on how to get his first MU.
I did 9 total MU’s w/ 25 rings pull-ups & 50 bar pull-ups as hands were torn up. "Yeah baby I like it raw!!"
Falling behind...gotta get back on track. Just started to feel really good on WOD's don't want to lose it.

2. For time:
100 Inverted burpees
3. Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
4. Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups
5. For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
