@ home did the following w/ Ella hanging on her rigns & trying to steal the stopwatch.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
14 w/ 10 pulls in the 15th minute.
I PR'd however Dave got one more rnd than me.
Tomorrow a big WOD getting back on the "horse" after our trip.
