.com WOD Run - Situp - DL

@ home on a very cold day.

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

The DL's killed me. I had to scale it after the first round. Weights were as follows:

Rnd 1 250#
Rnd 2 245#
Rnd 3 240# / 235#
Rnd 4 230# / 225#
Rnd 5 225#

I’m not completely sure how far in to the DL’s of each round that I got in before I scaled. DL’s were very frustrating getting the bar past my bum left shin & knee. Wanted to get it done w/in the hour towards the end griding through the DL's. Performance needs work.
