@ Station after dinner. I was not completely satisified w/ my output however I'm still fairlly new w/ the OHS & just the 45# bar alone is a feat w/in itself.

felt pretty good on the ones I got but the 90# felt unstable in my hands. I need work on snatch & holding it overhead w/ active shoulders.
