For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions (sub'd supermans)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (sub'd 1 pood KB thrusters)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (sub'd tuck-jumps)

@ Station. Didn't feel well when I started & didn't feel well when I was done. Didn't even get close to PR (28:25) & was beat by Dave by only a few (31:42). However, I got it done & eventhough I feel whooped I know it's done!!
