Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
65 pound Thruster, 10 reps
Felt pretty good even though the Pull-ups once again kicked my a$$. I'm thnking it's the burpees that are making my shoulder sore & putting a hurt on the pull-ups.
12 rnds w/ 10 extra pull-ups
I'm pretty sure I could have gotten the extra 10 thrusters in as I had about 15 seconds left, so now I'm kicking my own a$$ wishing I had done them. Shame on me.
Thrusters are feeling good w/ good hip drive.
Good Times!!
Also added 20 of todays 66 burpees.
