Finished yesterday's 66 burpees & today's 67 burpees. Then later on Leah & I did the following:
1 min of each exercise w/ 15 secs rest in between
25 yard sprint w/ burpees to finish the min
Situps w/ pulse @ top

Plank w/ crunch (looks like a porno gone wrong)
25 yard sprint w/ burpees to finish the min
Weighted press (20#db/12#db)
Incline press (20#db/12#db) These suck!!!
Negative pulse press (20#db/12#db)
25 yard sprint w/ burpees to finish the min
lunge driveway
Weighted squats (20#db/12#db)
25 yard sprint w/ burpees to finish the min
Standing curls (20#db/12#db)
Dips (I tricep pressed both 20# db & Leah did dips)
Shoulder press (20#db/12#db)
Shurgs (20#db/12#db)
Sprint but rather we ran about 800 meters
I sprinted @ the end & was really pushing it. I could feel the hip strength in my stride...like the wind bullseye!!
I was trying to keep count of reps but I felt getting O2 to the brain was more important.
Leah did awesome & I was whooped. The WOD calls for 2 rnds however w/ only one round instead, the intensity was up there. I'm glad we only did one round because it made it more like CF instead.
