
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps
Scaled down to 115# but I can assure you nothing & I mean NOTHING was left in my tank after this workout. HPC's & PJ's were the worst & to top it all off I didn't do yesterdays burpee's. I will do them when I head back to work today @ 1700 for a swap as there was no way I could have done them following that WOD.
Dave was not kidding when he was warning me about this one.
