Fillthy Fifty

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

W/ Hammortree @ Station. I'm pretty sure Hammortree is now a believer as he had a taste of the Kool-Aid & I'm sure he liked it. He did awesome but I was surprised The Fifty hit him as hard as it did.

Burpees were included in today's WOD.

Was wrestlin' a bit w/ Hammortree after the WOD & messed up my left leg. I'm sure it's fine, I'm just a bit sore.

Edit: Forgot to add that I sub'd KB thrusters instead of Wall-Ball's & Superman's instead of Back Ext & finally Tuck-Jumps instead of DU's.

Also leg is feeling better...Crossfit Daytona here we come!!!
