Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps
@ home late in the night in drive way w/ the following weights:
#1 - 155# x 3
#2 - 185# x 3
#3 - 205# x 3
#4 - 255# x 3
#5 - 285# x 3
& one successfull attempt @ 300#'s. PR!!
Also did todays burpees.
Last night I did yesterday's burpees as it was rest day. Tomorrow who knows?!?!?
