Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
@ station w/ our new guy BJ Tyre (he has been w/ the dept for 5 years & is now on the tech team but he is new to us) . Good guy & did well but was only able to get 4 rounds. Barbara is tough & put BJ in his place.

#3 - 6:00 (may not be right - clock was on split time not lap time)
#4 - 3:30 (again may not be right)
#5 - 5:00 (again may not be right but aprox)
Felt pretty good but I'm upset about the stop-watch not working correctly.
