48 Hours

Worked a double the last two days & did the following:

1st shift (B Shift)
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.


Was only able to get 3 rounds in. I was cooked w/ power cleans (refer to last post). So to up the ante I did my day 33 burpees w/ burpee pull-ups & the bar I had to jump to was aprox 8 feet in the air so a pretty good jump was needed to reach the bar.

2nd shift was my rest day but you know I can't let the oportunity to get some pull-ups & muscle ups in pass me by. Hamortree from C-Shift was working out (he's an MMA fighter) along w/ F.York from B-Shit. They were sparing & getting a hardcore workout in. They wanted to see a muscle-up & some ring work. We all goofed around on the rings doing some neat stuff. Hamortree is a tough SOB. Retard strength.

Burpees were w/ pull-ups again however I had station boots on which made for a higher ante.

I was able to get 4 consecutive MU's. Also worked on handstands.

So much for rest day...today was my rest day instead but I got my 35 burpees in.
