30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
@ station got 5 mins in & a medical call. Was @ 12 MU's when the call came in & continued once we got back. First 2 before the call were full muscle-ups & first 2 after we got back were full. The rest were jumping w/ rings @ head level & was squating down for full arm extension.

Also did my 30 burpees for day 30!!
465 down, 4585 to go.
